In the heart of the Seagull 1963 beat the first movement of the Seagull ST1901. The inscription at six o’clock reads “中國电视” “Zhongguo zhizao”, which means “Made in China”. Inside you can view the red star at 12 o’clock, pointing to the communist era the watch was designed in and continues to be used as a sign/tribute to the original watch.
